Shipping

The time that your purchase will be received by your loved one will depend on the type of product purchased.

  • For digital items and subscriptions, your loved one will receive a notification within minutes of your order.

  • For physical goods, like our CareBoxes, your item will be received within 3-7 business days. 

Once your order is delivered, we will notify you via email. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

 

 

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a refund.  Used gift cards cannot be returned.  Protection Plans may be cancelled up to 30 days from acceptance.

Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process.
