"I send money every month, I call every week.
But I still lie awake wondering - is she really getting the care she needs?"

What SendVia does
More than remittance -
care they can actually feel

Sending money helps. But it can't tell you if Nanay made it to her checkup, if her medications are being managed properly, or if she's getting weaker and no one wants to worry you. SendVia fills that gap — bringing certified nurses, doctors, and a dedicated Care Companion directly to your loved one's home, with clear updates sent to you after every visit.

How SendVia works
Personal, Consistent and Predictable
- every month

From the very first visit to ongoing care, every step is handled for you.
Here's what your family can expect.

Care Companion Introduction

Your Care Companion contacts your family in the Philippines, schedules the initial home visit, and walks everyone through what to expect from day one.

Nurse + doctor home assessment

A certified nurse and a doctor — present virtually — conduct a full in-home assessment and build a personalized care plan.

Ongoing nurse monitoring

Two in-person visits and two virtual check-in calls per year — one every three months — to track health and catch changes early.

Clinical & hospital support

When a visit is needed, your Care Companion schedules it, goes with them, advocates on their behalf, and handles the paperwork.

24/7 doctor access

Between visits, your family can reach a certified Philippines-based doctor any time — for advice, triage, or deciding if a visit is needed.

Updates sent to you

After every visit, you receive a clear summary — what happened, what was found, and what's next — so you're always in the loop from the US.

What's included
Every thing your family needs. One flat monthly fee.

No surprise charges. Just consistent care you can count on.

At-home health assessments

A certified nurse visits to check vitals, review medications, and flag concerns — with the doctor virtually present for the initial assessment.

Regular Nurse Check-ins

Two in-person visits and two virtual calls per year — one every three months — from a care professional your loved one comes to know and trust.

In-person Medical Companion

A dedicated companion accompanies your loved one to clinic and hospital visits — scheduling, advocating, explaining next steps, and reporting back to you.

24/7 virtual doctor access

Certified Philippines-based doctors available around the clock between visits — for triaging concerns, giving advice, or deciding if an in-person visit is needed.

Clear updates after every visit

A written summary after each visit so you always know what happened, what was found, and what's next — without having to ask.

A dedicated Care Companion

One consistent person assigned to your family — someone who gets to know your loved one, builds trust over time, and is your direct line for anything that comes up.

Health Wallet to cover expenses

Each month, a portion of your subscription will be set aside in a Health Wallet for you and your family to pay for eligible health expenses. Funds roll-over each month.

Does this sound familiar to you?
SendVia is for families in situations like these

You don't have to wait for a crisis to act. In fact, the families who benefit most from SendVia set up care while their loved one was still relatively stable — so there was already a trusted team in place when things changed. Here are some of the situations we hear most:

Your loved one has a chronic condition that isn't being managed well

Diabetes, hypertension, heart disease — conditions that need regular monitoring. But appointments get missed, medications go untracked, and the reassurances you're getting on the phone aren't the same as real information.

Your elderly loved one avoids the doctor so they won't burden the family

They know everyone is busy. They don't want to ask someone to take a day off, arrange transportation, or make a fuss. So they quietly skip appointments — and you have no idea until something has already gone wrong.

Family is around, but already stretched thin

There's an ate, a kuya, or a cousin doing their best — but they're managing their own household and their own lives. Navigating the healthcare system on top of that is a lot to carry. And you feel guilty putting more on them.

They say "okay lang" — but you're not sure you're getting the full picture

Your loved one doesn't want to worry you. So every call ends with "I'm fine." You send money, you call, you hope. But you never quite feel like you truly know what's happening with their health.

Your loved one was recently discharged or newly diagnosed — and follow-up care is unclear

A hospitalization, a new diagnosis, a medication change. There's a care plan on paper, but no one is really making sure it's being followed. And you're thousands of miles away trying to coordinate it all remotely.

The best time to set up SendVia is before there's a crisis — not during one. When a trusted care team already knows your loved one, knows their history, and has an established relationship with them, they can act quickly and confidently when things change. Getting ahead of it is the whole point.
