Designed to meet the primary care needs of families or households of up to 5 members, subscribers get 24/7 access to licensed physicians, voice and video consultations, ePrescriptions, and more. In the case of connectivity issues or mobile device limitations, subscribers can access services via a landline or mobile phone number. Included in the price is an annual subscription for a family of up to 5 members.
SendVia’s Family Telemedecine Plan is a one-year subscription that up to five members can benefit from.
The plan includes:
- Enrollment of 5 Members per account (1 Primary Member + 4 Dependents);
- 24/7 Access to Licensed Physicians;
- Unlimited voice consultations with Licensed Physicians through KonsultaMD’s hotline;
- 60 video consultations;
- E-Documents such as: e-Prescription, e-Lab Requests, e-Referrals, e-Medical Certificate upon Doctor’s Discretion
- No appointment needed
At this time, this product is only available for purchase by customers residing in the U.S.

After you purchase the Family Telemed Plan, your Receiver will receive an SMS / text message to their mobile device from SendVia, containing a voucher code and instructions on how to download the KonsultaMD application and activate their subscription (or alternatively they can activate by calling KonsultaMD). If you provided an email address for your Receiver, they will also receive an e-mail from SendVia with this information.
