Trust Comes From Having a Clear Picture of What’s Happening

When you’re far away, hearing that someone will “take care of it” may not feel like enough. You want to know who is helping your loved one, what has been arranged, what was completed, and what still needs to happen next.

Peace of mind comes from knowing your loved one is being cared for—and being kept informed along the way.

Trying to coordinate care through several people can quickly become overwhelming.

Messages, clinics, payments, providers, and family updates can spread across too many places. Without one dependable point of support, you can be left wondering who is responsible and what actually happened.

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
A Clear Process, From the First Request to the Final Update

Every family's situation is different, but the process usually follows six simple steps.

Share your story with us

Share what is happening, where your loved one is, and any details you already have, such as a prescription, lab request, doctor's advice, upcoming appointment, or concern that needs attention.

We'll figure out the next steps

Your Health Advocate helps identify what information, documents, providers, or arrangements may be needed before the family moves forward.

We get your approval before care happens

Before care is arranged, SendVia explains available support and known costs whenever possible, including consultations, laboratory tests, medicine, home visits, transportation, or other approved healthcare expenses.

We'll arrange the care

Once the plan is confirmed, your Health Advocate helps coordinate the appointment, provider, payment, or local assistance your loved one needs.

We'll make sure care actually happens

Whether we assist your family to care or a doctor visits them, we'll make sure care your family gets the care they need.

We'll keep you updated at every step

You receive clear updates on what was arranged, what was completed, what is still pending, and what your family may need to do next.
