SendVia comprises of: (a) the services of SendVia, LLC (“SendVia” or “we”); (b) the services of third-party website hosting, payment processing and money exchange sub-service providers (“Subservice Provider(s)”); and (c) overseas products and/or services provided by one or more of our independent global partners (“Global Partner(s)”).   Together, SendVia, Subservice Provider(s) and Global Partner(s) (“SendVia Providers”) make available websites and other products and related services (“SendVia Services”) for the use of you and your entity, including members of your household or others using your account (“User” or “Users”).

Through SendVia Providers, SendVia delivers healthcare solutions (“Purpose”) that have been supported and designated by US individuals (“Senders”) to specific recipients residing in the Philippines (“Receivers”). This Global Policy applies to natural persons who reside in the United States and the Philippines (“consumers” or “you”) who communicate, disclose, or provide personal information in connection with the Purpose.

SendVia has adopted this Global Policy to comply with its obligations under applicable US state laws and the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012. SendVia Services and our website are not intended for or targeted at children under 16 years old. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children under 16 years old. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child under 16 years old, please contact us at dataprivacy@sendvia.com so that we may delete the information.

In order to achieve the purposes identified above, the collection, use, and retention of personal information shall be reasonably necessary and proportionate. We collect the minimum personal information that is necessary to fulfill such purposes.

RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF DIRECT MARKETING

If you have a SendVia account, you can opt out of receiving marketing communications by modifying your email or SMS subscriptions by clicking on the unsubscribe link or following the opt-out message included in the communication. 

Alternatively, simply send an email to dataprivacy@sendvia.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE REQUEST" in the subject line and the email address that you wish to be removed from the email. 

Please note that if you request that we stop sending you marketing messages or you unsubscribe, we may continue to send you service and administrative communications such as order updates and other important information regarding your transaction. 

 

USE OF SMS & MMS MESSAGING

With your explicit permission, we may contact you via SMS or MMS to provide order status updates and other important information about your order. This feature is enabled when you opt-in during the checkout process of an order or via your account settings. SendVia is not responsible for any applicable data rates or carrier charges. You may opt-out by clicking on the opt-out link located in your account settings or by following the opt-out message included in the communication.
